Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a method of digital information management that captures all relevant information about a building from design to management based on virtual models.
A major advantage is that all people involved have access to a common, continuously maintained database at any time during the life cycle of a building. The cooperation between planners and building owners is considerably facilitated by the improved exchange of information.
In the course of our strategy for the introduction and development of the core competences in BIM, we have set ourselves the goal of implementing all essential areas of the process.
For this reason, we employ our own specially trained BIM coordinators and have been continuously promoting the training and further education of our team in this field since 2012, with the result that a large proportion of our employees have already mastered the BIM method in various programs.
