1. Collection and storage of personal data, the manner and purpose of their use

When you enter our website www.arch-psp.de , your information is automatically sent to our server of our website through the browser used on your device. This information is temporarily reserved in a so-called Logfile. The following data is thereby recorded without your intervention and stored until an automatic deletion.

• IP Addresses of the accessing devices (computers etc.),
• date and time of the access,
• name and URL of the retrieved file,
• the website from where the access is initiated (Referred-URL),
• the browser used and if applicable the operating system of your computer as well as the name of the access providers.

The received data is processed by our webhoster (webflow) for the following purposes:

• Assurance of a smooth connection set-up of the website
• Assurance of a comfortable use of the website.
• Evaluation of system security and stability as well as
• for the further administrative purposes.

The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sent. 1 lit. f GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Our legitimate interest for data collection results from the above listed purposes. In no event will we use the collected data for the purpose to draw conclusions about you personally.

2. The transmission and disclosure of the datas to third parties

A transmission of your personal information to third parties or purposes except for those listed below will not take place.

We transmit your personal information to third parties only if: You’ve had an explicit consent granted according to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sent. 1 lit. a GDPR where the transmit (Art. 6 Para. 1 Sent. 1 lit. f GDPR) for assertion, exercise or defense of legal claim is reqired and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominantly legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data, in the event that disclosure is a legal obligation according to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sent. 1 lit. c GDPR and is permitted by law and in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sent. 1 lit. b GDPR is required for the settlement of the terms and conditions with you.

3. Cookies

We apply cookies on our website. Upon a visit to our website, they act as small files that your browser automatically creates and are directly in your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone etc.) stored. Cookies neither cause any damage on your device, nor contain any virus, trojan or harmful softwares.

4. PlugIns

a) Facebook PlugIn

Our website contains a "plugin" of the social network "Facebook" (provider: Facebook Inc., USA, California 94025,1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park), identified by the Facebook company logo.                                                                                                              

When you click on the Facebook logo, we establish a direct connection to the Facebook server and you are automatically switched there via your browser. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our website with your IP address. With a further click on the Facebook "Like-Button" ("Like" button), you also link content from our website to your personal profile on Facebook.

For Facebook, your visit to our website is then assigned to your user account. We have no knowledge of the type of content that is transmitted to Facebook and how Facebook uses it. b) Instagram PlugIn

Our website contains a "plugin" of the online service "Instagram" (provider: Facebook Inc., USA, CA 94025, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park), identified by the Instagram company logo.                                                                                                            

If you are logged in to Instagram, the Instagram button enables you to link to your Instagram account when you visit our pages. Instagram thus receives the information about your visit to our website and can assign it to your personal Instagram profile. We have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted information or of its use by Instagram.

c) The use of Google-Maps

We use the “Google Maps” component of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, “Google”, on our website. Each time Google Maps is called, a cookie is set when viewing the page by Google over an integrated component of Google-Maps, to process user settings and data. This cookie is usually not deleted by closing the browser, but will expire after a certain time unless it is manually deleted by you.

You have the right:

in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can provide information on the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed, the planned retention period, the right to rectification, deletion, restriction to the processing or contradiction, the right to appeal, the source of the data if not collected from us, as well as demand on the existence of an automated decision-making, including profiling and possibly significant information about their details;
in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR to demand the prompt completion or rectification of inaccurate personal data stored by us;
in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is for the exercise of the rights on freedom of expression and information, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims required;
in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, as far as the accuracy of the information about you is contested, the processing is illegitimate, but you reject their deletion and we no longer need the data, though you need this for assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR to obtain your personal data provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transmission to another person in charge;
in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR to revoke your once granted consent against us at any time. As a result, we are not allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future.

6. The right of objection

If your personal datas are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) Sent. 1 of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, for reasons arising from your particular situation or objection conformed against direct advertisement mailing. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which is implemented by us without requiring special circumstances.

7. Technology of security protection

Within the site-visit, our webhoster uses the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method, in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Generally this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser is not supporting 256-bit encryption, we draw back the 128-bit v3 technology instead. When a single page of our website is transmitted encrypted, you will recognize that whether by the locked display of a key or padlock icon in the bottom status bar of your browser.
Our webhoster also takes appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. These security measures are continuously improved in line with technological progress.
